1. Who We Are
Manuel Exclusives Limited is a UK-based supplier of professional catering equipment and services, serving commercial customers exclusively.

2. Goods Sold
2.1 Business-to-Business Sales
All sales are treated as business-to-business (B2B) contracts. If you are purchasing for personal use, please note the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) do not apply, and we are not obligated to accept returns or issue refunds for unused items.

2.2 Product Information and Images
We strive to ensure all product details and descriptions are accurate. However, images are for illustration purposes only. Variations in size, colour, or features may occur due to manufacturing updates or rebranding.
Important: Some product images are sourced from Google and are used in good faith. If you believe any image infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately at info@manuelexclusive.co.uk, and we will promptly investigate and take appropriate action.

2.3 Review Product Details
Customers are responsible for checking all product specifications before purchase. Proceeding with an order indicates acceptance of the product description as listed.

2.4 Acceptance of Delivery
By accepting delivery, you confirm that the received product matches the listing as described on our website.

3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Prices may change without prior notice.
3.3 We reserve the right not to honour any price listing errors.
3.4 Orders may be subject to security or credit checks.

4. Delivery
4.1 Free delivery applies to England and Wales. Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and international orders incur extra charges.
4.2 Standard delivery is kerbside to ground floor only. Unpacking is the customer’s responsibility.
4.3 Do not book installers before inspecting your order.
4.4 Missed deliveries incur redelivery fees (£50 per pallet or £24 per parcel).
4.5 You must inform us of delivery restrictions (e.g., weight limits, access zones).
4.6 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4.7 Refused or undeliverable items due to access issues will result in extra charges.
4.8 We may deliver items in separate shipments.
4.9 Next Day Delivery is subject to stock availability and region limitations.

5. Order Cancellations
5.1 Cancellations must be requested in writing.
5.2 Orders cancelled within 1 hour of payment incur a 5% fee. After 1 hour: 25% restocking fee and two-way courier charges apply.
5.3 Refused deliveries without formal cancellation will be charged as above.

6. Damaged Shipments
6.1 All deliveries are insured in transit.
6.2 For pallet deliveries, inspect the item—not the packaging—before signing. Refuse delivery if damaged.
6.3 Parcel deliveries must be checked immediately; report damages within 24 hours via email with photos.
6.4 Retain original packaging for returns.
6.5 Missing parts must be reported within 24 hours.

7. Returns
7.1 Returns accepted within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
– 25% restocking fee
– £120+VAT admin fee (for pallet items)
– Return shipping at customer’s cost and risk
7.2 Return form must be completed and attached to the product.
7.3 No returns accepted without prior authorisation.

8. Refunds
8.1 Refunds processed within 7–14 days of approval.
8.2 Next Day delivery fees are non-refundable if paid via bank transfer and delayed due to payment clearance.
8.3 If an item is out of stock and you don’t respond after 3 emails, we will issue a coupon.

9. Installation and Usage
It is your responsibility to ensure all gas, electrical, and plumbing installations are handled by qualified professionals. Installation reports may be required for warranty claims. Manuel Exclusives Limited is not liable for damage due to improper installation.

10. Warranty
10.1 Faults reported within 14 days of invoice may be eligible for exchange or refund, provided a qualified engineer’s report is submitted.
10.2 Standard warranty is 12 months parts-only. Labour and engineer costs are not covered.
10.3 Warranty claims require submission via our Warranty Service Form only.
Exclusions:
– Damage from improper installation or poor maintenance
– Consumables (e.g. bulbs, batteries, oil)
– Glass damage or breakage
– Refrigerant refills
– B-Grade products (sold as-is, no warranty)
10.4 Back-to-base warranty may apply. Shipping back is the customer’s responsibility.
10.5 Warranty does not cover lost profits or business interruptions.

11. Termination
Orders may be cancelled or suspended if payment fails or is not received.

12. Website Usage
Use of our website confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

13. Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to place an order.

14. Disclaimer
We are not liable for inaccuracies in third-party content or occasional errors.
